John J. Bernauer - Vice President of Operations
John J. Bernauer is Vice President for Industrial Service Enterprises whose primary duties with the company include Estimating, Design, and seeing the EZ-Riser Roof Raising Project from start to finish. He also sits on the Board of Directors and is the ISE Corporate Secretary.
The reason he has chosen the structural steel industry is because he enjoys the challenges involved in adding additional height to an existing building, as well as conventional structural steel projects.
John has spent over 20 years in the steel industry, starting as an iron worker and as a Forman before becoming a Project Manager. People who know him can always count on his positive outlook and ability to look outside the box to complete projects.
John is a person who applies "team-work" to get a project moving forward from inception to completion. He makes sure that his clients get a smooth project, on budget and on time. He strives in making his clients feel comfortable and builds confidence so they use Industrial Service Enterprises for their next project.
John has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Indianapolis. He has also attained his Certified Crane Operations License, and is a certified welder.
He is married with two children and resides in Parsippany, New Jersey. In his spare time he enjoys competing in Triathlons. He also enjoys playing golf, coaching Little League, officiating swim meets and pottery. He does his part in the community by volunteering his expertise through The Building and Grounds Committee at The Lakeland Hills Family YMCA as well as sits on the Board of Governors.
John is a great asset to the ISE team and makes a positive contribution to any structural steel project.
