Sandy D’Emidio JR - Roof Raising Business Development
Sandy D'Emidio JR is a partner for Industrial Services Enterprises. Sandy's primary duties in Roof Raising include Business Development among his existing structural steel customer base, as well as promoting and gaining sales reps for our EZ Riser systemm nationwide. For times our Roof Raising projects also involve structural work, such as roof frames, mezzanines, or additions, Sandy's team works with project managers to prepare an estimate.
Sandy was born into the steel business. His father was the president of ISE for over 25 years. Sandy already has over 15 years of experience in the Steel Industry, starting out working around the fabrication shop as a boy doing odd jobs like mowing the lawn and cleaning up. In his teenage years he worked in the fabrication shop making parts and painting steel. During his high school and college years, he progressed to working as an Ironworker on Roof Raising projects as well as on ISE's Structural Steel projects.
Sandy attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where he studied Business Administration. After college, Sandy came on board with ISE full time, splitting his workload between the office and the field operations. These experiences have allowed him to take over business development, ensuring accurately bid jobs.
Sandy is married and has two sons. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, as well as his dog, Sierra. He is an avid snowboarder, and plays Ice Hockey. He also enjoys spending summers at the Jersey Shore, hiking, camping, and traveling.
